Erin is performing at this East Anglian Traditional Music event on Thursday 10th March at Brandon Library along with James Delarre and Nicky Stockman.

About this event

Come and hear virtuoso fiddle player James Delarre play a concert set. Have a go at making a jig doll dance, hear professional dance musician Erin Brown play her fiddle, try a broom dance and see if you can get a tune out of a mini melodeon! After all that have a chat and see what the `East Anglian Traditional Music Trust has planned whilst having a cuppa and a slice of cake on us!

James Delarre:

A veteran and founding member of the critically acclaimed Topette!!, Mawkin, and Mawkin:Causley, James Delarre has established himself as a stalwart of the English traditional music scene. As a fiddle player he is in high demand and has worked with some of the country’s top musicians and groups including, Eliza Carthy, Bombay Bicycle Club, Jim Moray, Jim Causley, Saul Rose, appearances with Bellowhead and Jools Holland as well as work as a musician on Tv and film. His filmography includes Peaky Blinders, Far from the Madding Crowd, Tulip Fever and My Cousin Rachel, to name but a few.

Free Parking is available for 3 hours adjacent to the library in the Car Park of Beavor Lane but you need to put a free ticket in your windscreen.
